Back to school crafts: How to make an award flower or ribbon

MATERIALS
  • Colored Construction paper or poster board
  • Glue
  • Stapler
  • Black marker
  • Scissors
  • Color coding label (optional for the center of the flower)

STEP(S):
  • Cut 4 Thin Strips of Pink paper
  • Make a ring with each strip
  • Flatten the rings and pile them up on top of each other to form a flower
  • once you have form the flower staple the petals together
  • Paste a circle sticker on the center of the flower or make a cut out from yellow colored paper
  • cut one thin strip of green paper and cut it in half
  • Pair up the green pieces of paper and staple them
  • Attach the green pieces of paper to the flower
  • Cut peaks in the green paper attached to the flower
